Welcoming the Foundation’s cadets aboard was a proud moment for us. They arrived with their STCW courses and medicals completed, and ready to learn. Gelose Maritime Services Ltd held a flag-off ceremony for Foundation-sponsored cadets starting their sea-service training. Cadets are closely monitored and supervised by qualified officers on board during the 12–15 month placement, including training on high-voltage systems at operational and management levels.
