Why we're seeking MOUs

Every stage of sea time runs through the operator.

A cadet's medical clearance, on-board accommodation, workmen's compensation cover, and monthly trainee allowance are all conditions set by the ship management company — not the Foundation. Formal MOUs let us plan intake numbers against real vessel capacity and agreed entry requirements, rather than placing cadets ad hoc.
