The Prof. KDH Bob-Manuel Foundation sponsors and mentors young Nigerians pursuing careers at sea, giving them structured training and real seatime on operational vessels.
Cadets placed onboard operational vessels. Datonye Geoffrey (MV Princess Zanetta) and Precious Ezefedi (MV Patrick D’ Legend) were successfully placed for hands-on training at John Bosco Jetty, Woji, Port Harcourt.

We recruited another 4 cadets, bringing the total to 12 in three years. On 23rd July 2026, our Chairman of the Board of Trustees and his team visited the NLNG Maritime Centre of Excellence on Bonny Island, Nigeria. They discussed cadet sponsorship and seatime on LNG ships.
